Subscriptions

Subscriptions is the list of email addresses visitors left behind through your configurator. It is a read-only list: you check who signed up here, and you take the addresses out through the export.

Where to find it

Manager → Marketing → Subscriptions.

Each row shows the email address, when it was added, and whether the address is Subscribed or Unsubscribed. The search field filters by email address; Cmd/Ctrl + K jumps to it. The copy button next to an address puts it on your clipboard.

Where the addresses come from

An address ends up here when a visitor saves their configuration in the configurator. They enter their email, get a link to their configuration by mail, and their address is recorded at the same time — including whether they ticked the box for marketing mail.

Saving for later in a showroom records the address too. The showroom has no marketing tick, so those addresses never carry marketing consent.

So the list is not a newsletter form of its own: it is the by-product of the save-for-later step. That also means an address can appear here without a quote request ever following it.

StatusMeaning
SubscribedThe address is active.
UnsubscribedThe person unsubscribed. Leave them out of your mailings.
UnknownNo status was recorded.

Exporting

Export takes you to the export page, where you download the subscriptions as CSV or JSON — for your mail tool, your CRM, or a spreadsheet.

The list itself has no edit functions. Removing an address, or processing an unsubscribe, happens where you send your mail from.

Only mail the addresses that are marked Subscribed, and only for what the visitor agreed to. Saving a configuration is not the same as consent for a newsletter — the marketing tick is what records that.

Tips

  • Export before a campaign, not once. The list grows with every visitor who saves a configuration; an export from last month is already behind.
  • Match on email in your mail tool. A visitor who saves a configuration twice appears here twice; deduplicate on import.
  • Use the date. Addresses from the last few weeks are warm — those visitors had your product on screen recently.
