Getting started with Manager
The Manager at manager.iconfigure.io is the back-office for iConfigure. It's where you build products, design the customer-facing configurator, capture leads, and follow up on quotations — all in one place.
This page is a quick orientation. Once you know where things live, the guides below go deeper on each workflow.
First steps
- Sign in at manager.iconfigure.io with your iConfigure account.
- Set your company branding under Settings → Company (logo, colors, contact details). These defaults flow into quotations and emails.
- Open a product under Configurations to start editing steps, features, pricing, and logic in the Product Manager.
- Design the look of the customer configurator under UI editor (design).
- Set up what happens on submit — templates, emails, and webhooks — under Submissions & outputs.
How the Manager is organized
| Section | What you do here |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | See sessions, conversion, and step-level analytics for the selected period. |
| Configurations | Your products, grouped by ownership. Open one to launch the Product Manager. |
| Quotations | Every quote generated through the configurator — edit lines, regenerate PDFs, resend links. |
| Showrooms | Landing pages that embed one or more configurators. |
| Dealers | Add dealers and assign dealer-specific branding or product access. |
| Export data | Download quotations and tracking sessions as CSV. |
| Settings | Company branding, users, templates, and global preferences. |
