Export

Export downloads a dataset from your company workspace as a file — quotations, customers, tracking sessions or email subscriptions — so you can open it in a spreadsheet or load it into another system.

Where to find it

Manager → Data → Export.

You can also reach it from the Export button in the toolbar of the Quotations page and of Subscriptions.

The page needs the manage → exports permission — see User settings.

How it works

The page is three choices and a button.

  1. Dataset (Dataset) — what you want.
  2. Date (Datum) — over which period. Only shown for datasets that have a date.
  3. Format (Formaat) — JSON or CSV.
  4. Click Export (Exporteren). The result appears below, where you can Copy (Kopiëren) it to your clipboard or Download (Downloaden) it as a file.

The line above the button always spells out what will happen ("Fetches all quotations and exports them as a CSV file"), so you can check your choices before you run it.

Datasets

DatasetDutchContains
QuotationsOffertesEvery quotation of your company, including the ones where your company is the dealer, with the dealer name. Date filter available.
CustomersKlantenThe customers of this company only.
TrackingTrackingAll configurator sessions — the raw data behind the Marketing dashboard. Date filter available.
Email subscriptionsE-mailabonnementenEvery subscriber, both confirmed and pending. See Subscriptions.

Date range

For Quotations and Tracking a date picker appears; its window has the presets 7d, 30d, 90d, 1y (1jr) and All (Alles). All is selected by default. Pick a range or choose All — the export does not start until one of the two is set.

Customers and Email subscriptions are always exported in full.

Format

FormatBest for
CSVSpreadsheets — Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets — and most import tools.
JSONStructured and readable; use it when another system reads the file, or when a record has nested data.

Tips

  • Exporting is read-only. Nothing in your workspace changes, so you can run it as often as you like.
  • A large Tracking export can take a while. A status bar at the top of the manager shows how many rows have been fetched, with a Cancel (Annuleren) button. You can keep working on other pages; when the export is ready, Go to export (Ga naar export) brings you back to the result.
  • For very large exports the preview on the page is shortened; Copy and Download always give the full export.
  • Need one dealer's quotations instead of everything? The export has no dealer filter, but the quotation export does include the dealer name as a column, so you can filter on it in your spreadsheet. For per-dealer figures, see the Dealers view of Quotations.
  • Tracking is only recorded for products where you switched it on. If the export is empty, see Enable tracking.
